Nefarious Terms of Service

This is our personalized MEE6 Premium bot. Features available through the MEE6 dashboard may include moderation, welcomes, roles, leveling, commands, automations, and notifications. Available features depend on subscription, configuration, permissions, and provider availability.

MEE6’s service is subject to its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Discord use is subject to Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines. These community terms do not amend either provider’s agreement or remove our own responsibilities.

Other Nefarious bots have separate terms and privacy notices available in the Discord app directory.

• You must be eligible to use Discord and meet the Nefarious community’s minimum age of 18, or any higher minimum required where you live.
• Follow our Community Guidelines, Discord’s rules, applicable MEE6 terms, and applicable law.
• Do not use the bot to harass, spam, impersonate others, collect unauthorized personal information, infringe rights, or bypass permissions and moderation.
• Do not attempt to obtain credentials, disrupt the bot, or access administrative controls without authorization.

Enabled plugins may act automatically on messages, membership changes, or roles. Automated decisions can be wrong. Ask a moderator or contact Business@nefarious.trading to review an action; include a message link and relevant context where possible.

Only share content you have permission to share. You retain rights to your content. Processing and display for enabled bot features are described in the provider policy and our Privacy Policy. Posting does not grant us ownership of your content.

XP, ranks, roles, and similar community features have no guaranteed monetary value, payout, investment return, or entitlement to continued access.

We may change settings, disable plugins, restrict misuse, or remove the bot for operational, safety, provider, or legal reasons. Discord or MEE6 may change features, limit access, or experience outages. We will give notice of material changes where reasonably practicable.

You may stop using bot commands at any time. Server-level moderation or member-event processing may continue while the bot has access; see the privacy notice for available controls. Any paid community membership or separate MEE6 subscription remains subject to its own purchase and cancellation terms.

This bot supports community administration. Its messages, ranks, and automated responses do not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Read the Financial Disclaimer before acting on trading information shared in the community.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the bot is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, accurate automated decisions, or suitability for a particular purpose. You should not rely on it as your only record of important information or as your only moderation control.

To the extent permitted by law, Nefarious excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the bot. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer remedies, or responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which the law prohibits a limitation.

We will date revisions above and provide notice of material changes through the site or community where appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
