03When to submit

Discord’s threshold is 10,000 unique users who can access the app across its installed servers. This is a review threshold, not a server-size or message-length limit. The owner’s notification starts a 90-day submission window; use the date in that notice. The supplied Developer Portal alert means this application already needs attention.

Timely submission preserves current intent access during review. Approved access requires annual reapplication; app verification is a separate process. Open this application in the Developer Portal and follow its Request Intents alert. See Discord’s current announcement.

For member events, capture an actual welcome or role change and its configuration. For Presence, capture a configured live role or rank-card status feature.
For Message Content, capture an enabled moderation or keyword rule and a real example of its output, with the original Discord message link where available.
Use authorized, minimally necessary examples. Label any reconstructed rendering as a reconstruction; a bot avatar alone does not prove an intent is needed.

What does your application do?

Nefarious is a personalized MEE6 Premium bot for our Discord community. It runs MEE6's software with our name and avatar. Administrators configure the available MEE6 plugins in its dashboard. MEE6 provides community management, moderation, member welcomes, leveling, roles, commands, automations, and notifications. The linked provider documentation describes these capabilities; enabled features depend on our settings.

Why do you need the Guild Members intent?

MEE6's member-event features respond to arrivals, departures, and role changes. These events support welcomes, automatic roles, invitation attribution, member logs, role rewards, ticket cleanup, subscription entitlements, and configured automations. MEE6's Custom Bot guide requires Server Members access to support this functionality. A slash command cannot replace an unsolicited join, leave, or role-change event.

Why do you need the Guild Presences intent?

MEE6 documents two uses: changing a member's live-stream role when their streaming activity changes, and showing current availability on rank cards. Both depend on Discord presence updates. MEE6's Custom Bot guide therefore requests Presence access. This justification concerns these provider features, not a separate Nefarious activity database.

Why do you need the Message Content intent?

MEE6 inspects ordinary server messages for moderation rules and keyword automations, and can reproduce qualifying messages in a starboard. These features need content without a member invoking a command or mentioning the bot. Application commands alone do not provide that stream of content. MEE6's Custom Bot guide therefore requests Message Content access.
