Community Guidelines

These Guidelines cover all “User Content” and conduct on:

• the Nefarious Discord server — text channels, threads, voice and stage channels, live trading sessions, DMs sent to members you met here, and anything posted through bots or webhooks;
• comments on research articles and SniperYos watchlist posts on the website;
• the collaborative whiteboard (items, images, sticky notes, and comments) used by staff and moderators;
• quizzes, polls, and interactive tools (for example the analyst-matcher and market quizzes);
• the workout tracker — workout titles, notes, exercise requests, share cards posted to Discord, and leaderboards that show your Discord username and avatar;
• Whop reviews of Nefarious products, and any other place you post under your Nefarious/Discord identity.

• Be respectful. Disagree with the idea, not the person. No slurs, hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting anyone based on a protected characteristic.
• Keep it legal and safe for work. No sexual content, gore, self-harm content, or anything illegal where you or we are located.
• Protect privacy. No doxxing — do not post anyone’s real name, address, phone number, account statements, or private messages without their consent. Do not record voice channels or live sessions without permission.
• Stay on topic. Use the channel that matches your post. Politics and religion only where a channel explicitly allows it.
• Own your trades. Everyone here — including analysts — can be wrong. Nothing posted by any member is financial advice. See the Financial Disclaimer.

Because this is a trading community, we hold members to a higher standard than a normal chat room. The following is strictly prohibited and may also be a crime under securities, commodities, or consumer-protection law:

• Pump-and-dump or coordinated schemes. Organising, promoting, or participating in coordinated buying or selling of any stock, option, token, or other instrument with the goal of moving its price so that insiders can exit; “let’s all buy X at 9:31.”
• False or misleading statements. Posting rumours, fake news, fake screenshots, doctored P&L, invented “insider” information, or fabricated catalysts about any company or asset.
• Undisclosed promotion. Hyping an asset you hold — especially low-float stocks, micro-caps, or small-cap tokens — without clearly disclosing that you hold it and may sell. Being paid to promote an asset without disclosing it.
• Insider trading. Sharing or trading on material non-public information.
• Guaranteed returns. Promising or implying guaranteed profits, “risk free” trades, or specific returns to other members.
• Unregistered advice or money management. Offering to manage other members’ money, run a “fund,” pool capital, or provide personalised investment advice for a fee.
• Selling or leaking signals. Reselling, forwarding, or re-posting Nefarious alerts, indicators, or paid-channel content elsewhere, or running a competing paid signal group inside the community.

If you see this behaviour, report it to a moderator immediately. We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.

• Do not impersonate Nefarious, its staff, analysts, moderators, or other members — including by using similar usernames, avatars, or role names, or by claiming to speak for us.
• No fake giveaways, “support” DMs, wallet-drainers, seed-phrase requests, fake Whop or Discord login pages, or links to malware.
• No “DM me for signals,” “send money to unlock,” or recruiting members into external schemes.
• Do not ask members for their broker, exchange, or Discord credentials for any reason.

How to verify staff: real staff have the staff/analyst roles visible in the Discord member list and never initiate DMs asking for payment. Official purchases happen only through whop.com/nefarious. When in doubt, ask in a public channel.

• No unsolicited advertising, mass mentions, repetitive posting, or copy-pasting the same message across channels.
• Do not post referral or affiliate links, invite links to other servers, or promote other paid trading services unless a channel explicitly allows it or a moderator approves.
• Nefarious’s own affiliate programme has its own rules; approved affiliates may share their official invite only where permitted.
• Bots, self-bots, and automated posting are not allowed without written staff permission.

You must have the right to post it

Only post content you created or have permission to share. Do not re-post paid research, newsletters, indicators, or courses from other providers, or copyrighted charts, articles, or videos beyond what fair use or the provider’s licence allows. Do not post Nefarious’s paid content in free channels or outside the community — see the Copyright & DMCA notice.

Understand who can see it

• Discord messages are visible to everyone with access to that channel, which for public channels is thousands of members.
• Research and watchlist comments show your Discord username and avatar to other members with access to that post.
• Workout leaderboards show your Discord username and avatar and your aggregate stats to other members; share cards you send post your workout summary and Discord mention into a community channel.
• Whiteboard items and comments are visible to other staff/moderators with whiteboard access.
• We may quote Whop reviews and community testimonials (with username) on the website.

Licence to Nefarious

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Nefarious the worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence described in Section 7 of the Terms to host, display, adapt, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the community. You can delete your own comments and workout data where the product allows it, or ask us to remove content, and the licence ends as described in the Terms.

Moderators and staff enforce these Guidelines at their discretion. Depending on severity and history we may:

• delete or edit content, or lock a thread;
• issue a warning, mute, or timeout;
• remove roles or access to specific channels or site tools;
• remove you from the Discord server and block your Discord ID from website tools;
• cancel your Whop membership and, for serious breaches, refuse future purchases; and
• report unlawful conduct to Discord, Whop, or the authorities.

Removal for breaching these Guidelines does not entitle you to a refund of any paid period, except where Whop’s policy or applicable law requires one (see Terms, Section 6). Evading a ban with an alternate account is itself a breach. If you believe a moderation action was a mistake, email Business@nefarious.trading with your Discord username and what happened; we will review it, but our decision is final.

• Rule violations: ping or DM a moderator in Discord, or email Business@nefarious.trading with a link or screenshot.
• Content about you (doxxing, harassment, private information): report it the same way; we prioritise these.
• Copyright: send a notice to Business@nefarious.trading following the process on our Copyright & DMCA page.
• Suspected market manipulation or scams: report to a moderator right away; you may also report to your national regulator (for example the SEC or CFTC in the U.S.).

We aim to act on reports promptly. We may remove content while we investigate and may not be able to share the outcome with you for privacy reasons.

We may update these Guidelines as the community grows or new features launch. Material changes will be announced in the Discord and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Channel-specific rules pinned in Discord supplement these Guidelines; where they conflict, the stricter rule applies.
