Nefarious Privacy Policy

MEE6 (bot operator / processor of Discord API data)

MEE6 operates the bot behind this application. How MEE6 collects, uses, stores, and deletes Discord data is described in MEE6’s Privacy Policy and MEE6’s Terms of Use. That is the policy Discord should review for privileged intents.

Nefarious (branding only)

Nefarious Digital, doing business as Nefarious, chose the application’s name, avatar, and status. Contact: Business@nefarious.trading. We do not add a second data pipeline on this application.

The website Privacy Policy covers nefarious.trading. It is a different service from this Discord application.

Nefarious does not, on this application:

• Run operator-written bot code, scrapers, or command handlers.
• Store Discord message content, presence, or a member roster in a Nefarious database.
• Train machine-learning or AI models on this application’s Discord data.
• Sell Discord API data or share it for advertising.
• Use this token for any other Nefarious Discord app.

If operators turn on a MEE6 plugin (welcome messages, leveling, auto-mod, and so on), that processing is MEE6’s, under MEE6’s policy — not an extra Nefarious product.

As a Custom Bot this application mirrors MEE6: leveling/XP and role rewards, auto-moderation, welcome and goodbye messages, custom commands and automations, giveaways, reaction roles, ticketing, starboards, invite tracking, temporary voice channels, timers, and social-platform notifications, among other MEE6 plugins. Details live on mee6.xyz and in MEE6’s privacy policy.

This Custom Bot needs all three privileged Gateway intents, for the same reasons MEE6 does:

• Server Members — joins, leaves, role updates (welcome, invites, leveling, automations, tickets).
• Presence — live-stream roles and rank-card online status.
• Message Content — auto-mod, keyword automations, starboards, custom commands, XP.

Retention of Discord API data for this application is MEE6’s. MEE6’s privileged-intents guidance states that API data may be stored off-platform, is not limited to 30 days, and that MEE6 encrypts stored data at rest.

How to request deletion

Contact MEE6 Support at support@mee6.bot. That is the deletion contact MEE6 tells Custom Bot owners to put on Discord’s form.

If you email Business@nefarious.trading instead, we will point you to MEE6 Support. We cannot erase MEE6’s stores ourselves. Discord messages in a server are also controlled by server admins and Discord.

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to a data-protection authority. For Discord data this Custom Bot processes, exercise those rights with support@mee6.bot under MEE6’s Privacy Policy.

Nefarious does not sell personal information from this application and does not share it for cross-context advertising.

The Nefarious community is for users 18 or over. Discord and MEE6 have their own minimum-age rules. We do not knowingly collect children’s data through this application. If a minor’s data may be in MEE6’s systems, contact support@mee6.bot and Business@nefarious.trading.

We will update this page if our role changes (for example if this application ever stopped being an exclusive MEE6 Custom Bot). Until then, MEE6’s policy remains the one Discord’s form should use. Material changes will be dated above.
