Nefarious Privacy Policy

Nefarious Digital, operating as Nefarious, administers the community and chooses the bot’s branding, permissions, and enabled plugins. MEE6 provides the personalized bot service and its infrastructure.

Administrators may see bot output, dashboards, moderation decisions, and records exposed by enabled plugins. Choosing MEE6 as the provider does not remove our responsibility for our own configuration choices or handling of records.

This notice supplements MEE6’s policy. Website accounts and website activity are covered by our site Privacy Policy.

Data available to the bot depends on its permissions and the plugins administrators enable. MEE6’s documented capabilities can use:

• Discord user, server, channel, role, and message identifiers; names and avatars used to identify members and display bot output.
• Membership and role-change events for welcomes, role management, invitation attribution, rewards, and moderation records.
• Presence or streaming activity for live-stream roles and availability indicators on rank cards.
• Message content for moderation, keyword automations, commands, or starboard output; leveling and other plugin records where enabled.

This is a description of available provider capabilities, not a statement that every plugin is enabled in our server. The MEE6 Custom Bot guide explains its privileged-intent requirements.

Discord supplies the data the bot is permitted to access; MEE6 processes it to provide its service. Bot messages, role changes, leaderboards, and moderation records may be visible to members or administrators according to channel and dashboard permissions. Review the relevant channel before posting information.

MEE6’s own policy explains its service providers, disclosures, and international processing. Nefarious does not sell Discord API data or use it to train AI models. Contact us about any community record we control.

MEE6’s Custom Bot guide reports that some API data is stored outside Discord for longer than 30 days and encrypted at rest. In that form guidance, MEE6 separately answers that presence activity and message content are not stored off-platform or used for AI training. These are the provider’s stated answers for its Custom Bot service, not an independent audit of its infrastructure.

The guide does not specify a universal deletion deadline for all MEE6 data. See MEE6’s current policy or ask support@mee6.bot about a particular record. Messages and logs posted inside Discord remain subject to Discord and server retention and deletion controls.

Privacy requests sent to Nefarious may include your email address, Discord identifiers, and correspondence. We use that information to identify and resolve the request and retain it only as needed for follow-up or applicable obligations.

• Request access, correction, or deletion of provider-held activity data from support@mee6.bot. Include the app name and relevant Discord user/server identifiers; never send a password or bot token.
• Contact Business@nefarious.trading for records Nefarious controls, questions about a moderation action, or assistance identifying the right provider. Requests may require proportionate identity verification.
• Administrators can adjust channel permissions, disable plugins, or remove the bot. MEE6’s guide does not offer an individual opt-out for presence or message-content processing while those features can access your activity.
• Deleting an original message may not remove copies in logs, starboards, screenshots, or other members’ records. Identify any known copies when requesting deletion.

Depending on your jurisdiction, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and a complaint to the relevant privacy regulator. Any applicable legal right remains available.

The Nefarious community is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Discord and MEE6 also apply their own eligibility rules. Contact Business@nefarious.trading and support@mee6.bot if you believe a child’s information has been processed.

Report suspected unauthorized access to community records to Business@nefarious.trading and provider incidents to support@mee6.bot. Do not include credentials in your report. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the revision date above. Material changes to Nefarious processing will be communicated through the site or community, as appropriate. MEE6 maintains its own policy updates.
