Johnny Alerts Terms

Johnny Alerts is an analyst-alert relay run through the CryptoCalls config manager. Operators map a source channel to one or more destination channels or webhooks. The process:

• Watch the source room where Johnny posts stocks and options alerts (#johnny-alerts).
• Read the source message’s text, embeds, and attachments. That read is why Message Content is required.
• Post the same payload in destination servers so members there see the alert without a human copy-paste.

The bot does not take tickets, size your account, place orders, or tell you that a trade is suitable for you. Johnny’s original post remains Johnny’s content; we only fan it out.

Johnny Alerts runs on Discord. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and — for us as the app operator — the Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. Nothing here overrides Discord. We may remove the bot, rotate tokens, or change destination mappings to stay within platform rules, including privileged-intent access.

Every message Johnny Alerts forwards is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, future, crypto asset, or other instrument. Nefarious, the operators of this bot, and Johnny are not acting as your registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor when an alert is relayed.

A ticker and a fill (or an options callout) is not a complete trade plan. Johnny may rotate, flatten, or never post an exit. You are responsible for whether you act, your size, and your exits. Trading can cause substantial loss, including loss of more than you put in when you use leverage or options. See our Financial Disclaimer.

You accept that:

• The relay copies what was posted. It does not verify fills, liquidity, or whether you can get the same price.
• CryptoCalls, Discord, or a webhook can lag or drop a message. A missed or late forward is not a promise of a fill.
• Destination formatting may differ slightly (mentions stripped, embed colors, attachment order). Treat the source channel as authoritative when you have access to it.
• Past alerts or past relay speed are not a promise of future results or future uptime.

We are not liable for trades, missed trades, or other decisions made after seeing a forwarded alert.

Discord’s privileged-intent form asks why a bot needs Message Content, Server Members, or Presence. For Johnny Alerts the honest answers are: Message Content — yes (the relay must read the source alert); Server Members — no; Presence — no. These are not MEE6’s welcome, leveling, or invite-tracking reasons.

• Message Content: used. The bot must read the source alert’s text, embeds, and attachments so it can forward that same content to destination servers. Discord does not deliver those fields without Message Content.
• Server Members: not used. The bot does not welcome members, assign or inspect roles, track invites, or listen for join, leave, or member-update events. Forwarding a public alert does not require Server Members.
• Presence: not used. The bot never reads online, idle, DND, device, or streaming status.

You may not use Johnny Alerts or its posts to:

• Present a forwarded alert as personalized advice, a solicitation, or a guaranteed outcome.
• Impersonate Johnny, Nefarious, or the bot.
• Scrape destination rooms to resell the feed in a way that violates Discord’s or our terms.
• Violate Discord’s rules or applicable law.

Operators may mute, remap, or remove the bot at any time. Destination-server admins who add the bot are responsible for having permission to receive the forwarded content in that server.

THE BOT AND EVERY FORWARDED ALERT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED RELAY, CORRECT FILLS, OR THAT AN ALERT IS COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEFARIOUS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, ANALYSTS (INCLUDING JOHNNY), AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, MISSED TRADES, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THE BOT, A FORWARDED ALERT, A MISSED ALERT, OR THESE TERMS — EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO JOHNNY ALERTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THIS BOT IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (typically none; the bot is not sold as a standalone product) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. Those limits apply only as far as local law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including fraud). This section works with the site-wide limitation of liability and Section 13 of the site Terms.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance.

Johnny posts stock and options swing cards — ticker, entry, targets, and often a chart. On 28 January 2026 the johnny-alerts channel posted a $USAR swing: $24 entry at the EMA, $32 take-profit, $22 stop, with a chart image. The CryptoCalls relay forwards that same text and attachment to destination servers. It does not add a size or tell you the trade is suitable.
