Enick Bot Terms

Enick Bot is listed as an Enick utility Discord application. We did not find a Discord.js or discord.py client for this slug in the workspace used to write these pages. We therefore do not publish a command list, a relay description, or a feature screenshot.

Enick’s public analyst rooms in the Nefarious guild are not proof that this application token reads or writes those rooms. A separate spreadsheet scraper in this workspace is not this app’s published client.

Anything this application later posts or replies with is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Nefarious and Enick are not acting as your registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor.

Enick Bot runs on Discord. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing here overrides Discord. We may remove the bot or rotate tokens to stay within platform rules.

Do not submit a privileged-intent form for this application until the running client is identified. We will not invent Message Content, Server Members, or Presence reasons, and we will not paste MEE6’s welcome, leveling, or invite-tracking copy onto this token.

Privileged intents

• Message Content: do not request. Unverified. No enick-bot Discord client is in this repo, so we will not tell Discord we need Message Content. Do not check this box until the running token’s source is identified.
• Server Members: do not request. Unverified. We will not invent a welcome, role-sync, or invite-tracking reason. Do not check Server Members.
• Presence: do not request. Unverified. We will not invent a live-role or streaming-status reason. Do not check Presence.

You may not use Enick Bot to:

• Present any reply as personalized advice, a solicitation, or a guaranteed outcome.
• Impersonate Enick or Nefarious.
• Violate Discord’s rules or applicable law.

Operators may remove the bot at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEFARIOUS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, ANALYSTS (INCLUDING ENICK), AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, MISSED TRADES, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THE BOT OR THESE TERMS — EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO Enick Bot WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE BOT IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (typically none; the bot is not sold as a standalone product) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. Those limits apply only as far as local law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including fraud). This section works with the site-wide limitation of liability and Section 13 of the site Terms.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. If the running client is later identified, we will rewrite the feature and intents sections from that code.
