Enick's Bot Terms of Service

The bot forwards analyst messages to selected Discord destinations using routes configured by authorized operators. It does not execute trades or manage brokerage accounts. Access to a channel, the relay or a paid community does not create an adviser-client relationship.

You must meet Discord's minimum age and the minimum age required in your country. Installers and operators must have authority to configure each server, channel and route they use. No public installation or uninterrupted availability is promised.

Only enable forwarding for content and destinations you are authorized to use. Clearly inform affected contributors about the purpose and recipients of a relay before enabling it. Server access alone does not grant permission to redistribute someone else's content.

Authors retain rights in their content. To the extent you authorize us to relay content you control, you permit the copying, formatting and transmission necessary to provide that requested feature. These Terms do not grant a license to sell Discord API data, bypass permissions or redistribute alerts beyond authorized destinations.

• Follow applicable law, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Do not use the relay for harassment, scams, impersonation, spam or unauthorized disclosure of private information.
• Do not submit credentials or sensitive account information, bypass channel restrictions or interfere with the service.
• Do not present relayed alerts as guaranteed results or personalized professional advice.

Report misuse, copyright concerns or delivery problems to Business@nefarious.trading with relevant message links. We may disable routes or access when needed to address misuse, rights violations, security concerns or platform requirements.

Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply independently.

The Privacy Policy explains forwarded content, recipients and deletion requests. Contact an operator to disable a route; server administrators may revoke access or remove the app. Previously forwarded copies can remain after a source message is deleted or a route is disabled.

Alerts can be delayed, duplicated, changed or missed because of source changes, provider outages, rate limits or relay faults. Independently verify information before acting. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted delivery or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify or discontinue functionality, with notice where required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nefarious and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, missed opportunities or losses resulting from reliance on an alert. Any additional limitations in the site Terms apply only where those Terms govern your relationship with us and the limitations are legally enforceable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or waives mandatory consumer or privacy rights. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new date and providing additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively subject to applicable law. Contact Business@nefarious.trading for support, complaints or questions.
