Enick's Bot Privacy Policy

The relay workflow processes these categories when present in a configured alert:

• Message text, embeds, linked content and attachments such as chart images.
• Message, channel, server and author identifiers, timestamps, and author names or avatars used for attribution.
• Source and destination routing settings needed to deliver an alert.
• Contact details and information you provide in a support, correction or deletion request.

Data comes from configured Discord messages, operator settings and your requests. Server member lists and presence data are not needed for the described relay. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, account statements or other sensitive personal information in alert channels.

We use the information to deliver and attribute analyst alerts, maintain configured routes, investigate delivery issues and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell Discord API data, use it for advertising profiles or use message content to train AI models.

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, processing supports requested relay functionality and our legitimate interests in maintaining it, handling requests and preventing abuse; legal obligations may require limited additional processing. Any processing that requires consent must be based on that consent.

Discord hosts source messages and forwarded destination copies. People who can access a destination channel can read its forwarded messages. The operator-described workflow uses CryptoCalls for relay configuration. Authorized operators and hosting or relay providers may process the information needed to run and support that workflow.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect legal rights. Data handled by Discord is also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. Providers and recipients may be in countries other than yours; any transfer safeguards required by applicable law must apply.

Forwarded messages remain in destination channel history until removed by someone with permission or by Discord. Disabling a route stops future forwarding; it does not by itself erase previously delivered messages.

The relay processes data outside Discord while delivering alerts. The current review has not established whether message bodies persist in service caches, logs or backups, or their exact retention periods. This policy therefore does not promise zero storage, encryption at rest or deletion within a fixed number of days. Contact Business@nefarious.trading for the current handling of a specific message.

Our retention standard is to keep personal data only as needed for the stated service, support, security or legal purpose, and to delete it when that purpose ends. Access must be limited to authorized operators and necessary service providers. These standards do not replace verification of the deployed service's settings.

Email Business@nefarious.trading with the application name, relevant Discord message links and what you want accessed, corrected, deleted or stopped. Include your Discord user ID if it helps locate your information. Do not send passwords or tokens. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your authority over a request.

We will review requests and remove personal data under our control when it is no longer needed or deletion is required. We may retain limited records where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes. Copies controlled by other server operators or recipients may require a separate request to them; we cannot guarantee removal of their screenshots or independent copies.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where used, or complain to your privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights without discrimination.

Contact an operator to remove a source or destination route. Server administrators can remove the app or revoke its channel access. A per-user opt-out command has not been verified. Request deletion separately for existing forwarded messages.

The app is not intended for people below Discord's minimum age or the higher minimum required in their country. Report suspected processing of an underage person's information to Business@nefarious.trading so it can be investigated and removed as appropriate.

We will publish changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. Questions, privacy requests and reports of misuse can be sent to Business@nefarious.trading.
