The wider site and Discord community are described in the site Privacy Policy. This Policy is only about Enick Bot.

No application-specific store is documented for this Discord token in the workspace used to write this page. We will not invent a SQLite schema, a CryptoCalls mapping, or a chat log.

If this application is installed, Discord itself keeps ordinary bot messages in the destination channel under Discord’s retention and that server’s history. Operator hosts may still hold a bot token — a secret, not a member database.

A spreadsheet scraper that reads Enick analyst channels exists elsewhere in this workspace. That process is not this application’s published client and is not a reason to describe a message archive on this page.

• Presence, voice state, or who is online.
• A member roster collected via Server Members.
• Payment cards, government ids, or health data.
• Advertising cookies or cross-site tracking tied to this bot.

Privileged intents — do not request: Message Content; Server Members; Presence. Details: Terms, intents and Enick Bot intents.

Until the running client is identified, the only documented use is operating the Discord application token and responding to deletion or takedown requests sent to Business@nefarious.trading.

We do not use undocumented data to train machine-learning or AI models, and we do not sell it.

We do not sell tokens or any undocumented Enick Bot data, and we do not share them with data brokers or advertisers.

• To operators and hosting providers that hold the token.
• If required by law, or to defend a legal claim, or to stop abuse of the bot.

Email Business@nefarious.trading with:

• The Discord server, channel, and a message link if this application posted something about you.
• Your Discord user id.
• Whether you want the Discord message deleted, any operator copy deleted, or both.

We will delete what we control unless we must keep a record of the request or of unlawful content. We cannot erase screenshots other members already took.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may also ask for access, correction, or a portable copy of any personal data we hold about you for this application. We will not discriminate against you for asking. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Discord requires users to meet its minimum age (generally 13+). Enick Bot is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we stored data about a child, contact Business@nefarious.trading.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version at this URL. If the running client is later identified and it stores fields, we will list those fields here honestly.
