Nefarious Options Levels Terms

Nefarious Options Levels is a prefix levels bot plus a scheduled poster. It reads command text so it can fetch options/gamma levels and reply. Typical use:

• nl — end-of-day levels for up to 5 tickers. Example: nl QQQ SPY.
• nli — the same request against an intraday snapshot.
• Nightly auto-post of NQ1!, ES1!, QQQ, SPY, DIA into the configured auto-post channel, skipping Friday and Sunday nights.

Only members on an operator role allow-list get a levels reply. Everyone else is ignored or told they do not have permission. Registered prefixes: nl, nli.

Levels, walls, HVL, 0DTE marks, GEX numbers, and any compact payload are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Nefarious and the operators of this bot are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or commodity trading advisors.

Snapshots come from a third-party options-levels API. You accept that:

• A ticker may have no snapshot, a stale snapshot, or the wrong instrument.
• The nightly post can skip a session night or fail if the vendor or Discord is down.
• The compact payload is for a matching TradingView indicator — not a fillable ticket.
• Past coverage is not a promise of future coverage.

Confirm any price with your broker or a primary venue before you act. We are not liable for trades, missed trades, or other decisions made after seeing a bot reply.

Nefarious Options Levels runs on Discord. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing here overrides Discord. We may remove the bot, rotate tokens, or change which servers it serves to stay within Discord’s platform rules, including privileged-intent limits.

Discord’s privileged-intent form asks why a bot needs Message Content, Server Members, or Presence. This bot needs Message Content only. The client sets Guilds, Guild Messages, and Message Content. It does not enable members or presences.

Privileged intents

• Message Content: used. The only on-demand trigger is prefix text. Discord will not deliver “nl QQQ SPY” or “nli ES1!” without Message Content. bot.ts sets GatewayIntentBits.MessageContent, parses the first token as nl or nli, and ignores every other message. It is not a welcome, leveling, or auto-moderation bot.
• Server Members: not used. GuildMembers is not in the client. The allow-list reads message.member.roles.cache on the MessageCreate author — the member object Discord already attaches to that message. The bot does not enumerate the guild roster, assign roles, or listen for joins.
• Presence: not used. The bot never reads online, idle, DND, or streaming status. GuildPresences is not set.

We do not justify Message Content with welcome messages, leveling, or invite tracking — this bot does none of that. Paste-ready answers: /legal/nefarious-options-levels/intents. Server-wide matrix: /legal/intents.

You may not use Nefarious Options Levels or its replies to:

• Present a levels payload as personalized advice, a solicitation, or a guaranteed outcome.
• Spam commands, overload the vendor, or attack the bot, Nefarious, or data vendors.
• Violate Discord’s rules or applicable law.

Operators may mute, move, or remove the bot at any time. We may stop a feed or the process without notice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED REPLIES, CORRECT TICKERS, OR THAT A LEVEL IS TRADEABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEFARIOUS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, ANALYSTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, MISSED TRADES, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THE BOT, A LEVELS POST, A MISSED REPLY, OR THESE TERMS — EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO Nefarious Options Levels WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE BOT IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (typically none; the bot is not sold as a standalone product) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. Those limits apply only as far as local law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including fraud). This section works with the site-wide limitation of liability and Section 13 of the site Terms.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance. If a change is material we will try to note it on the legal hub.

What nl QQQ SPY does

The bot replies with a short “Fetching end of day levels…” status, then edits that message to a compact ticker payload (call/put walls, HVL, 0DTE walls, GEX 1–10). That string is for the matching TradingView indicator, not a trade ticket. Levels can be missing, late, or wrong.
