Nefarious Copytrading Terms

Nefarious Copytrading is a private executor. It is not a public App Directory product, not a membership perk you purchase through this Discord application, and not a bot we invite other communities to install.

• A Discord bot token polls one configured signal channel over REST (about every five seconds) for Czarfx “NEW TRADE” / “REENTRY” / “UPDATE” embeds.
• Matching cards are parsed (pair, side, market/limit/stop, entry, stop-loss, take-profits) and, when operators have connected cTrader (Spotware Open API), orders may be sent on the operators’ own demo or live account.
• Execution, skip, and error notes are posted to a private operator log channel. Ordinary members have no UI and no commands.
• There are no slash commands and no prefix commands. Access is “who can reach the host and the broker tokens,” not a Discord role shop.

A marketing page on the Nefarious site may describe copy trading as a community topic. This Discord application is not that public signup. It does not onboard strangers, collect their broker logins, or offer a managed account to the public.

Nothing on these pages, in the Discord application profile, or in operator logs is an offer, solicitation, or invitation to the public to invest, to open an account with us, or to have us trade for them.

• We do not offer this bot to third-party servers.
• We do not take public subscriptions to this executor.
• We do not hold out this process as a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, CTA, or fund.
• If you see an invite or a clone outside Nefarious-operated infrastructure, it is not a supported install.

These Terms apply to operators we authorize to run the stack. They do not create a client relationship with Discord members who merely sit in the same guild.

• Operators — people we authorize to host the process, hold cTrader tokens, or read the log channel. Everyone else is closed out.
• You must meet Discord’s minimum age. Nefarious operations tools are not directed at children under 13.
• You must be legally allowed to operate a leveraged trading account in your jurisdiction. We do not certify that you are.

Signals, parsed cards, automated orders, and log embeds are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Nefarious and the operators of this process are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or commodity trading advisors by virtue of this tool.

Leveraged FX and CFDs can move against you quickly. You can lose more than the cash on the account. Slippage, weekend gaps, news spikes, and broker rules can fill worse than the card. A missed poll, a parse miss, a disconnect, or a token expiry can skip or mishandle a signal. Past fills are not a promise of future results. See our Financial Disclaimer.

Live or demo execution uses cTrader (Spotware Open API) on an account the operators already control. Spotware, the broker, the liquidity venue, and Discord are independent third parties. Their outages, rejects, margin calls, and terms are theirs.

We do not publish client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, or account numbers on this website. Those secrets stay on the operator host, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nefarious Copytrading uses Discord’s API. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing here overrides Discord. We may disable the token, drop Message Content, or shut the process down to stay within platform rules.

Discord’s form asks why a bot needs Message Content, Server Members, or Presence. Answers come from the running code — a REST poller, not a MEE6 welcome/leveling bot, and not admin chat commands (this process has none).

• Message Content: used. Limited use: the process polls GET /channels/{id}/messages on one operator-configured signal channel and must read embed titles and descriptions (Pair, Order, Entry, SL, TPs) so it can copy those signals to the operators’ cTrader account. Discord blanks those fields without Message Content. There are no prefix or slash commands. The bot does not scan the rest of the server, DMs, or ordinary chat.
• Server Members: not used. The process never lists members, assigns roles, welcomes joins, or reads nicknames. It does not open a Gateway connection with Server Members.
• Presence: not used. The process never reads online, idle, DND, device, or streaming status.

We do not warrant that:

• every signal will be seen, parsed correctly, or sent to the broker;
• fills will match the card’s entry, stop, or targets;
• the broker connection, Discord API, or host will stay up;
• risk splits, breakeven moves, or pending cancels will run as intended;
• this tool is suitable for anyone, including the operators.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEFARIOUS AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, ANALYSTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST CAPITAL, MISSED TRADES, SLIPPAGE, LIQUIDATIONS, MARGIN CALLS, WRONG-WAY FILLS, BROKER ACTIONS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THIS PROCESS, A SIGNAL, A DISCORD OUTAGE, A CTRADER OUTAGE, OR THESE TERMS — EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO Nefarious Copytrading WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS DISCORD APPLICATION IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (typically none; the application is not sold) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

Operators accept that they trade their own account at their own risk. Discord members who are not operators have no claim against us arising from this internal tool.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. Those limits apply only as far as local law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded (including fraud). This section works with the site-wide limitation of liability and Section 13 of the site Terms.

You may not:

• run or impersonate Nefarious Copytrading on servers or hosts we did not authorize;
• hold this application out as a public copytrading product or a solicitation to the public;
• ask members for their broker passwords or API keys for this process;
• publish operator tokens, cTrader secrets, or account numbers;
• treat a log embed or a signal card as personalized advice or a guaranteed outcome;
• violate Discord’s rules, Spotware’s terms, the broker’s terms, or the law.

We may stop the process, rotate tokens, or wipe operator files at any time.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued operation after an update is acceptance. Material changes will also be noted on the legal hub when that page is live.

This is not a welcome, leveling, or command bot. A Czarfx card in the signal channel is parsed; the operator log then shows a “COPIED” embed. That is why Message Content is requested for one channel, not for admin commands.
