Enick utility bot Terms of Service

The relay reads designated analyst messages, then publishes them to configured Discord channels. Its output may add the analyst’s branding, links, role mentions and delivery controls. Source and destination administrators must authorize the routing, and contributors must be told where their submissions will appear.

Only submit material you own or have permission to redistribute. You grant us the limited permission to process and reproduce that material as necessary to deliver the requested relay. You retain ownership. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising, model training or sale of Discord API data.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age and any higher minimum required where you live. Follow Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines. Do not use the relay for spam, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, unauthorized copying, or sharing private credentials or another person’s sensitive information.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Nothing on this site or in the Nefarious Discord is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

The relay distributes analyst statements; it does not assess suitability or place trades. Source messages can contain mistakes, promotional links and historical performance claims. Delivery may be delayed, duplicated, incomplete or unavailable. Check the original source and your own order details before acting. An edit or deletion at the source may not update an earlier destination copy.

Contact Business@nefarious.trading to request removal of a route or specific message. Administrators can remove the bot, revoke its channel permissions or disable a destination webhook. Removing access stops future delivery to that destination; it does not automatically erase messages already delivered.

We may suspend routes that violate these terms, Discord’s requirements, or the rights of others. Any separate community subscription or third-party service has its own terms; access to this relay does not grant access to every source community.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the relay is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for trading decisions or third-party content merely because the relay delivers it.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss caused by use or unavailability of the relay. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or excuses fraud or intentional misconduct.

We will update this page when terms change and provide an appropriate notice of material changes. Contact Business@nefarious.trading for support, rights requests or concerns about a forwarded message. Include the bot name and message link, never a password or token.
