Drippy Alerts Privacy Policy

The wider site and Discord community are described in the site Privacy Policy. This Policy is only about Drippy Alerts.

Operator configuration (CryptoCalls)

• Discord bot token (secret) and the application ID (public, once filled in the Developer Portal).
• Source channel ID (1520964590853165086 for #drippy-alerts) and destination channel or webhook IDs.
• A delivery cursor (typically last-seen message IDs) and dashboard analytics timestamps so the relay does not double-post. See crypto-calls.vercel.app/dashboard.

Forwarded Discord copies

The source message’s text, embeds, and attachments are copied into destination servers. Those copies are Discord messages. Discord’s retention and the destination server’s history apply. We do not keep a separate research archive of every forwarded body in this website’s database.

What the source message may contain

Analyst alerts can include a Discord user mention, a role ping, a ticker, a fill price, and a chart image. If Drippy mentions someone, that mention may be forwarded. The bot does not go looking for other members’ messages.

• DMs, or message content outside the configured source (and the destination posts we create).
• Presence, voice state, or who is online.
• A member roster or role graph — Server Members intent is off.
• Payment cards, government ids, or health data.
• Advertising cookies or cross-site tracking tied to this bot.

Privileged intents: Message Content used; Server Members not used; Presence not used. Details: Terms, intents and Drippy Alerts intents.

• Forward Drippy’s alert to the mapped destination servers.
• Avoid duplicate posts and debug missed relays.
• Respond to deletion or takedown requests.

We do not use relayed message content to train machine-learning or AI models, and we do not sell it. Discord form answer for AI training: No.

• Routing config and tokens: for as long as the bot is operated, then removed from CryptoCalls / the host when the mapping is retired.
• Delivery cursor / analytics IDs: until overwritten or the mapping is deleted. Treat this as longer than 30 days unless an operator purges it.
• Destination Discord copies: until a moderator deletes them or Discord expires the channel history. We do not control every client cache or screenshot.

We do not sell tokens, channel IDs, or relayed alerts, and we do not share them with data brokers or advertisers.

We disclose information only:

• To Discord, as needed to read the source and post the destination copy.
• To destination-server members who can already see the forwarded channel.
• To operators and hosting providers that run CryptoCalls and the bot process.
• If required by law, or to defend a legal claim, or to stop abuse of the bot.

Email Business@nefarious.trading with:

• Whether you want a specific forwarded message deleted, a source/destination mapping removed, or both.
• The Discord server, channel, and a message link if you have one.
• Your Discord user ID if a mention of you was forwarded and you want that copy removed.

We will delete what we control (destination messages we can still reach, and CryptoCalls mappings we operate) unless we must keep a record of the request or of unlawful content. We cannot erase the original source message if we do not moderate that channel, or copies other members already screenshotted.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may also ask for access, correction, or a portable copy of any personal data we hold about you in this relay — usually a mention inside an alert, if any. We will not discriminate against you for asking. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Discord requires users to meet its minimum age (generally 13+). Drippy Alerts is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we forwarded data about a child, contact Business@nefarious.trading and we will delete what we can reach.

We may update this Policy by posting a new version at this URL. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will also be reflected on the Drippy Alerts Terms.
