Nefarious Widget — how the overlay works

Operated by Nefarious Digital. There is no member source message and no Discord chat post. The bot counts occupants in one voice channel and serves that number as JSON. Voice States is not a privileged intent.

1. The process watches voice channel 1492973945190748411.
2. GET /api/voice-count returns the in-memory count for a stream overlay.
3. Do not request Message Content, Server Members, or Presence.
